Had my appointment with Anastasia, I had such a great experience today! My stylist absolutely nailed what I was looking for and made my hair look even better than I imagined. The color is so dimensional, blended beautifully, and the money pieces frame my face perfectly. I had such a great experience with Ryleigh! My facial was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt amazing afterward. I also had a blowout, and the scalp massage during my shampoo was wonderful. Yesterday, with 2 other friends we visited Nova. I had a hair cut. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady that did it; It was above the mirror and stared with an S; II was around 10: 30. I have paid over $100 for hair cuts; This lady did the best I have ever paid for. and at only $20. Whenever our bus heads to Nova I will be on it. A few months ago I had a pedicure which also, a great job. But I don't see my toes every time I look in the mirror

I would like to preface this with they were hosting a free event for valentines day, and I've also been here before and the student who did my hair that time did amazing, but I was a little thrown off by how this event was organized. For starters they offered three services, and I opted to get all of them done. The wait times were quick except for the hair. I sat in the lobby after getting a facial for about 45 minutes waiting to get my hair done, while other people who had come in after me get their hair done. No one had bothered to check in with me and by the time I asked they told me they were done even though I had sat there waiting.

I just finished a facial. It was very relaxing but I was disappointed to see when I left and looking a mirror much of my makeup was still there and it wasn’t removed during facial. My skin didn’t feel as nice and clean as I hoped. I had to wash when I got home so ended up washing all the product they used off.

I had a great experience getting a haircut here last week! Super friendly and the student acted like a professional cutting my hair. However, I also got a gel mani/pedi and it was a mess. She kept adding layers of polish and was not even getting the entire nail covered with polish. That first night two of my nails had already chipped off. They did not even last a week and the student seemed to not care about the quality of the service provided. Disappointed with my mani/pedi, but haircut again was amazing!

I brought my three daughters in for haircuts yesterday and we had an INCREDIBLE experience at Nova! The staff we interacted with were polite, extremely professional, and so kind to my girls ages 7, 11, and 13. The haircuts they received were nearly identical to the inspiration pictures they brought to their appointments. I was so impressed with the thoughtfulness that went into their consultations and the time that was spent making sure that they got the exact cut they wanted. We will definitely be back in the future!

I would like to give credit to a specific person but unfortunately it took the whole team to help my baby, lol. I made the lazy parent mistake of giving my 9 year old full rein of her hair and long story short, she had the craziest knots! They gave her combs, product and written instructions to bring home. She went in embarrassed and left Nova feeling like a princess!!! I cannot thank them enough for making her feel that way and helping us in a huge way. We will definitely be back for regular maintenance:)

I went to Una about my thinning eyelashes. They had become short and sparse and asked her if there was anything she could do for my lashes.
I am simply astounded by how natural the eyelashes that she did for me. She ‘filled in’ new lashes between my natural lashes and they are absolutely beautiful! They looked like my own, but only better!

My only suggestion is to have your people that check you out pay close attention to the sheets, as I was charged for a full foil and it was suppose to be a partial. It was changed in the sheet, so I see where it could of been confusing. I’m ok about it but others may not. Thank for the good service

We have been customers at Nova for years. I've been letting my daughter get peek a boo highlights for about 4 years now. This always cost me about $40 after tip. We would do 2 foils to lighten/bleach and 2 foils of color - 4 foils total. THEY WANTED $110 BASE RATE TO DO IT TODAY! I about fell over. I'm so glad I just didn't drop and go like I planned. I'm so glad I stuck around to overhear the price the instructor said. I stopped them in their tracks. We just did a hair trim and left. I would have been pissed picking my daughter up and finding out after they did the service the price. Saddly we won't be back with this pricing. The gals I talked to today said they have lost alot of clients do to this insane price hike at the beginning of the year. Otherwise they do a great job there. I use to recommend to alot of people to go to Nova. Can't do that anymore.

I know l am OLD SCHOOL, you put me with a person with mental health issues, and doesn't know if it is a Woman or a Man, male or female, you should make sure people are alright with an experience, this experience has traumatized me for my remaining years of life with that experience I will never be back , you should check with people to make sure they are all right with tha situation, never to return again

I have always had more than positive and professional experiences here. I go for chemical peels and have found the students and instructors to be incredibly knowledgeable. I get great advice and (non-soliciting) product recommendations that have greatly improved my skin.
They only use high quality products for the procedure that are either medical grade or from a higher end all-natural brand based on your skin needs. They’ve even switched out products for me last minute so I could see how they felt before making a large purchase. Now they’re also giving samples of wonderful brands to take home following a peel.
They also give the option to have a relaxing experience and not talk during the procedure, making it more spa like. You definitely don’t have to talk or get recommendations if you let them know you just want to relax.
Overall, Nova is by far the best deal I’ve found for regular chemical peels. I’ve been to expensive and mid-grade places which have always been 2-4 times the cost - many times with less recommendations, little to no control over products, and once I was burned. Nova may have less frills, but they are affordable, friendly, knowledgeable, and use quality products.

I absolutely love the atmosphere in Nova! It is clear that they care about their students and their success. With that, I had the absolute best experience doing my FIRST EVER signature hydrafacial, lymphatic drainage, and derm planning with Emily Frusher. Emily was extremely kind, patient, and gentle with my skin and explained the process in a clear way! Usually with spa treatments it can feel awkward being on the other side of the chair, but I felt extremely comfortable and time definitely flew by. My skin has never felt better and I felt like I was glowing! I highly recommend booking with Emily and I look forward to booking with her for future appointments!!

I’ve been going to Nova for a year now, every 7 to 8 weeks, since my daughter’s good friend enrolled in the program. Every time I’ve had a great experience!
Jayden, Makayla, and Mercedes have done an excellent job with my color, cut and eyebrow tint. The instructors have been thorough in their guidance and mentoring and I’ve never had any doubts that my hair wouldn’t look great. In fact, I’ve received more compliments on both my hair color and cut than I ever did all those years I was paying nearly $200 for the same services from my previous stylist. I expect it to take longer than a regular salon, but 4 hours and 15 minutes for a root job and a few foils seems excessive. Why wouldn't the instructor get the poor girl some help?
My hair didn't turn out like I asked for but it looks good. She did a good job.

July 26th, as I entered the shop I was greated by a couple different gals and everyone was so nice. My clinician today was Elle and she was waiting for me with a smile on, rearing to go. My highlights seem to move along fast as we were making small talk the whole time. And the hair style I asked for was kind of complicated but she nailed it. I am extremely happy with my new hair-do and the professional staff around there. I was very pleased with the treatment and professionalism I received from Elle today. Hope to visit again in the near future.

Both of my experiences with Bijou at Nova were exceptional! She did an enzyme peel and hydrofacial, both treatments were incredibly relaxing and showed great benefits for the weeks after. ELLE LEEPER. She is the one to go to at Nova! I had always said that Blondes have more fun, and well let’s just say she made a dream become reality! We had talked about what I had wanted and with less words and all action she went for it. To say it turned out just good was an understatement, IT TURNED OUT PERFECT! 100/10. Went to Nova to see Elle needing a fresh start for my hair! She listened to what I was wanting and also threw in her own ideas to make it even better! I absolutely loved how my hair turned out afterwards, it was the beautiful dark chocolate that I wanted and then we also added in some caramel bits!! We regret to inform you that, due to safety considerations, children are only allowed on the clinic floor when they are receiving a service. If they are waiting in our designated reservation area, they must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. For chemical services, a minimum age of 12 is required.
