I’ve been going to Nova for a year now, every 7 to 8 weeks, since my daughter’s good friend enrolled in the program. Every time I’ve had a great experience!Jayden, Makayla, and Mercedes have done an excellent job with my color, cut and eyebrow tint. The instructors have been thorough in their guidance and mentoring and I’ve never had any doubts that my hair wouldn’t look great. In fact, I’ve received more compliments on both my hair color and cut than I ever did all those years I was paying nearly $200 for the same services from my previous stylist. I expect it to take longer than a regular salon, but 4 hours and 15 minutes for a root job and a few foils seems excessive. Why wouldn't the instructor get the poor girl some help?My hair didn't turn out like I asked for but it looks good. She did a good job.Also paid the same amount I pay at my regular salon.

July 26th, as I entered the shop I was greated by a couple different gals and everyone was so nice. My clinician today was Elle and she was waiting for me with a smile on, rearing to go. My highlights seem to move along fast as we were making small talk the whole time. And the hair style I asked for was kind of complicated but she nailed it. I am extremely happy with my new hair-do and the professional staff around there. I was very pleased with the treatment and professionalism I received from Elle today. Hope to visit again in the near future.
Both of my experiences with Bijou at Nova were exceptional! She did an enzyme peel and hydrofacial, both treatments were incredibly relaxing and showed great benefits for the weeks after. She was very gentle and checked in with me the whole time to make sure I was comfortable! Bijou is the best!!!!!!!
ELLE LEEPER. She is the one to go to at Nova! I had always said that Blondes have more fun, and well let’s just say she made a dream become reality! We had talked about what I had wanted and with less words and all action she went for it. To say it turned out just good was an understatement, IT TURNED OUT PERFECT! 100/10. Cannot wait for her to graduate so I can continue my hair care with her, she is amazing!
I saw how Elle did my nephew hair and quickly asked for an appointment. I went in today for a color. Elle was nice and bubbly. She did such an amazing job, way more than what I excepted ! Highly highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. Totally following her after she graduates.
Went to Nova to see Elle needing a fresh start for my hair! She listened to what I was wanting and also threw in her own ideas to make it even better! I absolutely loved how my hair turned out afterwards, it was the beautiful dark chocolate that I wanted and then we also added in some caramel bits!! Absolutely recommend Elle if you're needing a refresh or new look!!
Elle Leeper is amazing. She knew exactly how to do my hair when I went in for highlights and it turned out AMAZING!!! Elle also did my prom hair and eyelash extensions. i got so many compliments on all of it. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Elle!!
